My name is Varun Arora, and I am a Psychologist, Educator, and Mental Wellness Professional dedicated to helping individuals gain clarity, emotional resilience, and a deeper understanding of themselves. My passion for psychology began with a simple fascination: understanding human behavior, emotions, and the ways in which our experiences shape who we become. To deepen this understanding, I pursued a Master's Degree in Clinical Psychology, followed by specialized training and professional development in various evidence-based therapeutic approaches.
